Membership Guidelines
Billing
Membership payments are drafted on either the 1st or the 15th of each month. You choose the date that works best for your schedule.
Massage Credits
Each membership includes 1 credit for 1 massage session per month. Credits are applied directly to your account and can be scheduled at your convenience.
Members are not restricted to 1 massage per month, you’re welcome to book additional sessions.
If you’ve already used your monthly credit, any extra sessions will be available at member pricing.
Rollover Policy
Unused credits do rollover from month to month and never expire. If you accumulate 3 months of unused credits, your monthly auto draft will be paused automatically. To continue your membership, you’ll need to contact us.
Inclement Weather Policy
Texas weather can be unpredictable, but your peace of mind shouldn’t be. If storms, ice, or unsafe road conditions arise, we’ll work with you to reschedule without penalty.
We’ll keep you updated on any changes to our schedule and encourage you to prioritize your comfort and safety above all else.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice via text or email if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations made within less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service, collected on the same day of the missed appointment.
