Membership Guidelines

Billing
Membership payments are drafted on either the 1st or the 15th of each month. You choose the date that works best for your schedule.

Massage Credits
Each membership includes 1 credit for 1 massage session per month. Credits are applied directly to your account and can be scheduled at your convenience.

  • Members are not restricted to 1 massage per month, you’re welcome to book additional sessions.

  • If you’ve already used your monthly credit, any extra sessions will be available at member pricing.

Rollover Policy
If you accumulate 3 months of unused credits, your monthly auto draft will be paused automatically. To continue your membership, you’ll need to contact us.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice via text or email if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations made within less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee, collected on the same day of the missed appointment.

No-shows: clients who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment and do not provide notice, are especially harmful to a solo practice. They prevent other clients from booking that time and result in lost income. No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee, collected on the same day.
